Who Luca grew up in a household filled with prosciutto, salami, Parmigiano Reggiano from his father's business and his mum constantly cooking. His passion for eating, naturally led him to create in the kitchen and eventually he bought his talent to Australia. Ex Balla, Spiedo, The Apollo and Mimi's. Luca has worked closely with Ozharvest and now enjoys sharing his culinary experience as a private chef.

Stay Palazzo Franciacorta owes its name to the famous sparkling wine region.
