Resting at the confluence of the Indian and Atlantic oceans, sandwiched between the slopes of the iconic Table Mountain and the glistening sapphire waters of Table Bay, the exceptionally scenic city of Cape Town is in a class of its own. With its bustling harbour, world-class beaches, top-notch vineyards, and its mountainous surroundings brimming with diverse flora and fauna, Cape Town consistently captivates the hearts of all who visit.

Camissa House
Our first three nights will be enjoyed at Camissa House where we will have exclusive use of the Villa. With a gate leading directly from the hotel’s grounds to the Table Mountain National Park, Camissa House is both a luxury boutique hotel and a gateway to this iconic table-topped landmark. The views of the Mother City are dazzling whether you’re breakfasting, clinking champagne flutes at the rooftop, or taking a dip in Pom Pom’s private plunge pool. The quirky rooms are individually decorated, and come with free WiFi and flat-screen TVs. Most have balconies with mountain or ocean views, and some offer free-standing tubs and/or private plunge pools. Other amenities include a 24-hour butler service, a gym, an outdoor pool and a fire pit.

Madikwe Game Reserve
Bordering Botswana in South Africa’s North West Province, the lesser-known Madikwe Game Reserve is the fifth largest reserve in South Africa. It is home to a wild dog reserve, abundant wildlife including the world-renowned Big Five and over 300 bird species such as vulture, ostrich and the large kori bustard. The landscape is characterised by vast grasslands, woodlands, and the rugged Tshwene Tshwene hills sheltering a host of wildlife. Embrace all that is luxury at the Morukuru Farmhouse where we will have exclusive use of the outstanding accommodation. Ample game viewing opportunities will be available and visitors can look forward to sunset drinks overlooking the Madikwe Dam.
The Morukuru Farm House is part of the Relais & Chateaux group. It is an oasis surrounded by luscious green lawns and set within a 100-hectare fenced-in safe area which is home to general game, so guests have the freedom to walk and explore.
